Blueberry smoothie

Ever since we got our Vitamix, our smoothie game has only gotten better. I’m sure my husband’s colleagues expected us to spend that Amazon gift card on baby stuff, but I have no regrets — and neither does our son!

This Cinnamon Blueberry Smoothie is delicious and our 14-month-old agrees. Even though it’s a struggle to get him to eat fruit (strange for a baby, I know), he has no problem guzzling smoothies. And smoothies are a great way to get nutrition into his little body.

This simple smoothie boasts 24 grams of protein thanks to the soy milk, hemp hearts, and peanut butter. Plus, it’s got all sorts of other nutrients like vitamin B12, potassium, omega-6s and omega-3s — the list goes on!

But the best part is obviously the taste. It’s got some PB&J vibes, but the cinnamon kicks it up a notch. None of the ingredients are pricey or hard to find (bonus) and it comes together in under 5 minutes.
